If you are 16 years or older we have got a great trip planned for you. We will be heading to Lynchburg Virginia to visit Liberty University. This event is always a great time. We get to see beautiful mountain scenery, see what college life is like and get to know the kids that go with us better.
This year the cost will be $75. That covers a place to stay & 3 meals a day while on campus. You will have to bring a few extra bucks for the meals on the way down and back. (2 on way down and 2 on way back). There are many activities to do: a concert, a football game, a play, ice skating and snow-flex just to name a few. The play will be “The Hunchback of Noterdame”. That will be on Saturday, the cost is $8. Tim Hawkens, a christian comedian, will be on Friday. The cost is $30. The concert is with Vertical Church Band. We will be climbing the mountain Saturday morning (The Peaks of Otter).
We will be leaving from Teen Blast on Wednesday the 21st of September at 9:00 pm and coming home Sunday about midnight or 1 am on the 25th. You will have to miss 2 days of school which is usually excused for college days.
I guarantee all who attend will have a blast! Liberty University is the largest Evangelical Christian school in the world. Hope to see yo there!
